Log #01 | Defining the Ethical Infrastructure
Date: Jan 9, 2026
Project kick-off for a regional wellbeing network designed to challenge the “National Directory” status quo. The goal is to build a scalable, multi-tenant system that feels hyper-local and community-focused rather than corporate.
Current Status: R&D Phase. Working locally to architect a custom CSS framework that allows for “Single Source of Truth” logic—enabling unique regional identities for Manchester and Brighton from a single, lightweight codebase.
- Regional Branding: Engineering a design system that adapts to local city “vibes” via CSS variables.
- Performance First: Opting for a BlankSlate WordPress foundation to ensure maximum speed for mobile users.
- Strategic Naming: Evaluating the “Regional Hub” model to maximize local SEO and bypass national trademark conflicts.
Next Milestone: Migrating local architecture to the JexiDev Dev Lab for live-staging and regional voice testing.
